the location was fantastic and a lot of foods around the hotel, the ski shop is also nearby. If you go on winter, make sure you dress up properly when going there, the moment we get out from the bus, almost non-stop of strong wind blow and luggages also started to roll away (medium and below size), as going to this resort required abt 10mins walk depending on the road condition if it is cover with snow or not. With snow, no joke as you will need to drag your luggage instead of usual push. From the hotel to the ski slope, just need to walk out via the side door in the cafe at the lobby, you will then reach the ski slope and just need to walk about 3 to 5minutes depending on your speed, you will reach the ski booking counter. The down side of the side door is very difficult to open, imagine you are in super cold weather while struggling to use more energy to pull the glass door, no joke. Overall the room is spacious, have a lot of area for you to hang your jacket, cloths, and area to store your shoes.. My parent selected the traditional room type and they regretted as the mattress is thin but the hotel is kind enough for them to change to bedding type, hence for those that cant sleep on hard surface, my advice is to get the bedding types I didn't get to try the food from the restaurant in the hotel, but I went to check out the price, it is like SG hardrock price so it is not too bad and affordable.. Overall experience in this hotel is really good, economy yet have high standard. highly recommended.

Top option for Alpensia as the ski hill is directly outside the hotel. Staff were nice. Rooms comfortable, clean and spacious. Amazing shower! I only gave a 9 rating as I found the food options so limited. They have one main restaurant that serves buffet breakfast but for a family of 5 with 3 kids, this would have been too expensive and not worth it for 6 days as the kids don't eat enough to warrant the price. The cafe was hardly ever staffed and just had a few bread options. Made breakfast for families tricky before heading out for a day of skiing. There is no grocery store nearby, just convinience stores so for the western pallet, we really struggled without fresh fruit and vegetables on a daily basis. Found it strange that there was a Christmas tree and decorations in the lobby at the end of February. Overall, very happy with the hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Alpensia. I would just recommend bringing breakfast foods, fruit and veggies with you if you aren't doing the breakfast buffet. Would also recommend the hotel offer more options in their cafe.

Booked at the hotel because it was next to the ski slopes. Didn't have to drive again after we arrived and parked. Housekeeping did a good job every day. Front desk was friendly and patient. Nice fragrance in the building. Room layout, size, design was comfy enough for 3 nights. Enjoyed the various dining options at the resort, and convenience of CUs. Beginner and intermediate slopes were good for learning.

Excellent place to stay if skiing at Alpensia. Rooms are spacious and comfortable, access to the ski facilities and slopes unbeatable, good buffet breakfast available as well...although it is a bit pricey. The restaurant serves tasty food for lunch and dinner although the menu does not have a great deal of variety. Staff at the restaurant are always friendly and accommodating.

The rooms are spacious with ski slope view. Location is next to Alpensia Ski Resort. Lots of restaurants and convenient stores around (like a small village). There are activities for kids. Also had basement parking which is good especially when it snows. You get 30% discount on ski lift and gear rentals when staying here. Would definitely come back.
